Your main focus will be managing field personnel, ensuring contract compliance, and building strong relationships with our clients.Lead Field Teams: Manage daily staffing, schedule coverage, and conduct hands-on training for new hires to ensure high operational efficiency.Maintain High Standards: Perform regular, detailed quality assurance inspections across all facilities to ensure our cleaning teams meet Clean Team's high quality benchmarks.Drive Client Satisfaction: Act as the primary contact for client communications.
