A LITTLE INFO ABOUT THE JOB: The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading department-level daily operations excellence for the assigned area of responsibility while supporting the broader operation as directed by the General Manager - including the selection, development and performance coaching of our amigos.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Regular and reliable attendance-45 hour work week with nights and weekends
  • Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Must be able to obtain a liquor license in the state of Indiana
  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation standards and proper personal hygiene
  • Able to operate the POS system and handle Guests payments by either providing change or processing credit/gift card payments
  • Able to operate a computer
  • Resolve Amigo conflict and Guest complaints
  • Supervising daily shift operations
  • Excellent communication skills
