Now HiringPress Operators for 2nd Shift (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) & 3rd Shift (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM)

What You'll Do
  • Operate plastic injection molding machines and related equipment.
  • Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Perform trimming, assembly, labeling, and packaging tasks.
  • Monitor machine performance and report issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate production records.
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Press Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with plastic materials and understanding of plastic molding processes.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining various types of press machinery.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and use of manufacturing software.
- Understanding of safety protocols and ability to adhere to safety standards and guidelines.
