- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Press Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with plastic materials and understanding of plastic molding processes.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining various types of press machinery. Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and use of manufacturing software.
- Understanding of safety protocols and ability to adhere to safety standards and guidelines.
- Operate plastic injection molding machines and related equipment.
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform trimming, assembly, labeling, and packaging tasks.
- Monitor machine performance and report issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
