Cherry Picker and Reach Truck (Crown and Raymond) Forklift Operator

Pay Rate:
$18.25 - 25.25 per hour

Schedule:
1st Shift, Weekdays: 5:00AM to 3:30PM, Monday – Thursday ($18.25 per hour)
2nd Shift, Weekdays: 4:00PM to 2:30AM, Monday – Thursday ($18.75 per hour)
1st Shift, Weekends: 5:00AM to 5:00PM, Friday – Sunday ($23.25 per hour) 
2nd Shift, Weekends: 5:30PM to 5:00AM, Friday – Sunday ($25.25 per hour)
*Available positions are based on customers needs each week

About the Role

Join a growing distribution facility with opportunities for long-term growth as we move from the buildout phase to full operations! We are looking for experienced Material Handling Equipment (MHE) / Forklift Operators to play a key role in warehouse setup and operational support. Must have Experience operating stand-up reach trucks and cherry pickers. 

What You’ll Do

• Operate Raymond Reach Trucks and Cherry Pickers (50% of the time)
• Perform general material handling and cleaning duties (40% of the time)
• Pick and stage orders for shipment according to customer needs
• Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents accurately
• Move items from bulk containers, racks, shelves, or bins as required
• Scan materials and move them according to standard work instructions
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Meet assigned production goals and site KPIs (flexible schedule may be required)
• Assist with warehouse setup tasks as needed
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Key Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior forklift certification required
• Proven experience operating Reach Trucks and Cherry Pickers (both Crown & Raymond), and Electric Pallet Jacks
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Reliable transportation is required
