Multicompany Bookkeeper & Accounting Coordinator

American Scale Company is seeking a reliable bookkeeper to take ownership of day-to-day financial record keeping across three companies. You will ensure books are accurate, organized, and up to date to provide clear visibility into where money is going. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, is highly organized, and familiar with QuickBooks or similar software.
