Live-In Resident Director: Student Housing & Leadership
The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc.
The Resident Director at College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, is a full-time, twelve-month live-in position within the Office of Residence Life and Housing. The RD oversees a residential community, supervising RAs, managing operations, and responding to after-hours crises. Salary is $46,500 with a 40-hour work week starting July 6, 2026. A Bachelor's degree is required and a Master’s degree is preferred; two years of leadership in residence life is expected.
