Good Samaritan Health Center seeks an RN MDS Nurse to coordinate and complete accurate, timely MDS assessments and care plans that support high-quality, resident-centered care. The RN MDS Nurse will lead interdisciplinary care planning, ensure regulatory and reimbursement compliance, and collaborate closely with clinical, therapy, and administrative teams. Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, documentation review, quality improvement support, and staff education. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, mission-driven RNs who thrive in collaborative, faith-based environments serving underserved communities and advancing health equity.
