Hiring and Budget Analyst

Overview Job Description And Duties Under the supervision of the Administrator I, and with technical guidance from a lead within the Audit Budget and Administration Section, the Analyst I performs a variety of entry-level analytical duties to support the Audit Division’s budget, hiring, and administrative operations. All incumbents are assigned a primary workload but may also provide backup support for other critical functions within the Section. Common responsibilities include preparing reports, developing tracking tools, analyzing data, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, interpreting administrative policies, and supporting division leadership with timely and accurate information. The Audit Budget and Administration section consists of two primary functional areas: Audit Budget Audit Workforce Coordination (AWCT) Audit Budget: The Audit Budget Unit performs analytical and administrative duties to support the Division’s operational and budget activities.
