Registered Nurse (RN) - OR

Clinical Nurse Perioperative

10-hour shifts from 6:30am - 5:00pm, 4 shifts per week, plus on call.

Limited housing options available at $600 per month, based on availability. No family or pets allowed.

Requirements

• Valid RN license from any state in the United States.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and within six months of hire, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) must be completed within 1 year of hire.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) must be completed within 2 years of hire.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Two years of clinical nurse and/or operating room practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for the perioperative patient.
• Perform nursing assessments and formulate nursing diagnoses.
• Plan and implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Circulate in various specialty areas, including Orthopedics, ENT, GYN/OB, General, Ophthalmology, and Dental.
• Prepare for emergency cases on short notice.
