Job Description
The Restaurant Line Cook plays a vital role in preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This position requires someone who is skilled in various food preparation techniques and can maintain a clean and efficient work station. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver excellent dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Manage time effectively to meet service demands
- Communicate with team members to coordinate kitchen activities
- Follow instructions from the head chef and kitchen supervisors
- Assist with inventory control and ingredient preparation as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in restaurant kitchen operations

- Proficient knife skills
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols
