Large, private Psychiatry practice.
100% Outpatient practice.
High patient demand - have to turn away patients.
Inpatient and hospital work are optional - not required.
Excellent work environments; the egos are 'left at the door".
Flexibility in office hours and days worked.
This flexibility allows for great balance with work & personal life.
Most docs work 4 days per week.
1 in 10 weekend call - phone call only.
