Job Opportunity: OB/GYN Position
Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to become part of our esteemed Women’s Health Specialists team in Auburn, NY. Position Details:- Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Hospital Call: Two 24-hour shifts monthly, with a day off following each shift, promoting an excellent work-life balance!
- Office Call: 1 in 4 (telephone consultations only)
- Access to: Robotic surgery, advanced minimally invasive gynecologic procedures, and comprehensive surgical support
- Main outpatient practice location: 615 N Seward Ave, Auburn, NY 13021
- Level III NICU: Available at the local hospital
- Level III Ultrasound services: Supported by strong Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) and midwifery teams (inpatient, full-scope midwifery, and laborist coverage)
- Supportive leadership: Focused on sustainability and the well-being of providers
- Deliveries and surgeries: Conducted in Syracuse, while practicing locally in Auburn, ideal for those wishing to live and work in their community
- Annual System Volume: Approximately 1,600 deliveries
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Desire to engage in a comprehensive mix of obstetrics and gynecology
- Strong clinical and communication abilities
- Dedication to collaborative, patient-centered care
- New and recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Compensation: $325,000 - $350,000 annually
- Additional Shift Compensation
- Starting Bonus: $50,000
- Retention Bonuses: $25,000 at the start of year 2 and another $25,000 at the start of year 3
- The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality incentives, extra shifts, or other cash benefits. Compensation may vary based on experience and other factors in accordance with state regulations.
