Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients with urological conditions through detailed assessments and diagnostic testing. Perform surgical procedures as required, including minimally invasive techniques. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines. Educate patients and families regarding urological issues, treatment options, and preventative strategies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes. Participate in clinical research and stay updated with the latest advancements in urology. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Current and unrestricted medical license to practice in Tennessee. Board certification or eligibility in Urology. Extensive clinical experience in diagnosing and treating urological conditions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
