Job Title: Cardiac Catheterization Lab Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 2 years RN Cardiac/Surgical ICU experience License: Registered Nurse Certifications: BLS and ACLS Must-Have: ICU experience Cardiac Cath and/or EP Lab experience Cardiovascular Interventional Lab experience Moderate sedation experience EPIC experience Description: The position is for a nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab. The role involves working in the Cardiovascular Interventional Lab, which consists of Cath and EP labs. Candidates must have ICU experience along with Cardiac Cath and/or EP Lab experience. The schedule consists of Monday through Friday, with four 10-hour shifts. Shifts may alternate or stagger. There are 40 hours of work per week. On-call responsibilities include weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with an on-call rotation every fourth weekend. Candidates must adhere to a required 30-minute response time for on-call duties. No block scheduling or set weekly schedule is available. This role does not include rotating days off.
