OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant management and food service, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage operations, staff, and customer relations while ensuring the highest standards of quality and service. Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage all aspects of food production, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control.
- Supervise and train staff to maintain high performance levels in food service management.
- Implement and maintain POS systems to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Proven experience in fine dining and food production environments.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management principles and practices.
- Excellent staff training abilities with a focus on developing team members' skills.
- Proficient in managing banquet services and catering operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and their application in restaurant settings.
- Exceptional supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of food service management.
