**Experience:** - 1+ ICU year of experience (floating is not considered) - [REQUIRED] - EKG experience - [REQUIRED] - Neuro, CVICU, Trauma experience - [PREFERRED] - Managing Vents - [PREFERRED] - CRRT and Balloon Pumps - [PREFERRED] **Skills:** - Must be willing to float to similar units - [REQUIRED] - Skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties - [REQUIRED] **Certifications:** - ACLS - BLS **Licensure and Verification:** - Michigan license verification is required for nurses (provide LARA and Nursys) **Additional Notes:** - References are NOT required. - Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed. - Michigan license hit: best to provide a write-up for manager's review.
