Telemetry Registered Nurse

Med Surg Tele RN (Night Shift) — Telemetry Registered Nurse Location: Lincoln, IL (Onsite) Schedule: Nights | 3x12s | 6:30 PM–7:00 AM Pay: $54/hr Summary and Responsibilities Hire for a Med Surg Tele RN / MS Tele RN to support adult acute care patients on a Med/Surg + Telemetry unit Provide direct patient care: assessments, vitals, ongoing monitoring, and timely escalation of condition changes Perform telemetry monitoring and rhythm observation per unit standards; communicate abnormalities to the care team Administer medications, IV therapies, and ordered treatments safely and accurately Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams to execute patient care plans and discharge readiness Document care, assessments, and interventions in Cerner (EHR/charting) with strong accuracy and timeliness Float as needed based on staffing/census Participate in on-call rotation as required Qualifications and Skills Active Illinois RN license (required) Recent Med Surg / Telemetry (MS/Tele) Registered Nurse experience (required) Comfortable managing multiple patients, prioritizing care, and working independently on nights Telemetry competency and familiarity with cardiac monitoring workflows Strong documentation skills; Cerner experience preferred Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only per facility guidelines) Company Description A-Line A-Line Staffing Solutions partners with healthcare organizations nationwide to connect qualified professionals with career opportunities in clinical and non-clinical settings.
