As an employee you will apply your skills to help drive business transformation for leading organizations and communities, delivering innovative solutions for Accenture’s clients while working with a highly skilled, diverse network across the business. Key Responsibilities Proven expertise in automation testing with a foundation beyond manual testing. Hands‑on experience with automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright. Experience with CI/CD, including Litmus. Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases. Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies. Familiarity with Jira and Micro Focus Octane for test management. Ability to work independently as well as a team player. Client requires onsite work 60% (3 days) and remote work 40% (2 days) per week. Five days of Time Away are also mandated per calendar quarter. Basic Qualifications 7+ years of experience in software test engineering or quality engineering. 5+ years of hands‑on experience with automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright. 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SQL testing. Minimum high school or GED diploma. Preferred Qualifications Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience using Litmus. Banking or finance domain knowledge and experience is a strong advantage. Compensation at Accenture varies based on office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
