Your new role

As a Manufacturing Engineer II , you will support and optimize manufacturing processes within a regulated production environment. Working with moderate supervision, you will analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance product quality, efficiency, and throughput.

This role offers a strong balance of hands-on engineering and analytical problem-solving, with increasing responsibility and opportunity for independent decision-making.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant experience
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, ideally in pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar regulated industries
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

What you’ll be doing

• Evaluate manufacturing processes, equipment, and assembly operations to identify opportunities for improvement
• Support process optimization efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
• Analyze production data and recommend changes to methods, tooling, or workflows
• Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of engineering solutions for manufacturing challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, operations, and maintenance
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean manufacturing efforts
• Document engineering changes and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
