Ever thought about building your own CPA firm, but quite like the idea of not having to start from scratch? This could be the next best thing.

The founder has spent over 40 years in Public Accounting, building a successful tax and wealth advisory business that now advises on more than $900 million in assets.

Following the acquisition of a respected local CPA practice, they're looking for an experienced CPA to take the lead in their Jupiter office, develop the client base and ultimately progress into Partner.

And they're particularly interested in someone who has built their own book of business and would like to bring those relationships with them.

The opportunity here goes well beyond managing a portfolio.

You'll be the key CPA in the office, working directly with the leadership team, overseeing tax engagements, advising HNW individuals and privately owned businesses, and helping shape how the practice develops.

If you have your own clients, there's an opportunity to bring them into an established business with the infrastructure, resources and support already in place.

The founder wants people to share in the success of the firm, with a genuine route to Partnership rather than years of waiting for someone else to retire.

He's equally passionate about protecting the culture. Family comes first, and he leads by example, protecting time twice a week for his grandson's Jiu Jitsu classes. He wants his team to have that same freedom to enjoy life outside of work.

It's an office based position with a close team who enjoy collaborating and building something together.

Who are they looking for?

An experienced Tax Manager, Senior Tax Manager or Director with an active CPA licence, strong HNW and business tax experience, and the confidence to manage client relationships independently.

An existing book of business would be highly desirable, alongside an entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in helping grow the practice.
