Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor
Location: Kingman / Lake Havasu, AZ Area
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are a respected residential HVAC company serving Mohave County seeking an experienced Comfort Advisor to perform in-home evaluations and close premium systems from warm leads. This position offers exceptional earning potential and a strong benefits package in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough in-home HVAC and air quality assessments.
Present customized comfort solutions with flexible financing.
Close high-value deals and maintain strong production from warm leads.
Ensure smooth coordination with installation teams.

Requirements

Proven residential HVAC in-home sales experience.
Strong closing and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Compensation & Benefits

Realistic earnings of $200,000 – $350,000+ for top performers.
Company vehicle provided.
