Location: 1150 North Indian Canyon Drive, Palm Springs, CA 92262

Start Date: 04/28/2026

End Date: Permanent position

Shift: 7.5 in-house 24-hour shifts/month (~2190 hours/year); flexible options available (minimum approx. 5.5 shifts/month, ~1560 hours/year)

Hours per Week: Varies based on schedule

Employment Type: Full-time

License/Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN

Experience: Relevant obstetrics and hospitalist experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

Pay Rate: $150/hour (approx. $328,500 annually full-time); to be discussed at interview

What You'll Do

• Attend deliveries and manage OB triage
• Support surgical assists and fetal monitoring
• Evaluate and manage OB patients in a hospital setting
• Cover ER and inpatient consultations for high-risk patients
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine and neonatology teams
• Support approximately 60 deliveries monthly in a Level III NICU
• Participate in teaching and mentoring residents, fellows, and students

What You Need

Required:

• Valid California medical license and DEA
• Board Certified or Eligible in OB/GYN
• At least 1 year of obstetrics and hospitalist experience

Preferred:

• Experience in high-volume obstetric units
• Ability to work in diverse, complex case environments
