Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offering immediate and respectful responses to Guest's needs
• Assisting in training new hires and acting as a role model for the team
• Being a friendly, encouraging team player
• Opening and/or closing, leading shifts, and being a key holder
• Counting drawers and finalizing the day
• Exhibiting excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Smiling and creating and maintaining eye contact
• Speaking enthusiastically and making emotional connections with Guests
• Having reliable transportation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Possessing strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members
• Having a strong commitment to superior customer service
• Being able to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
• Working well in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
• Prior experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager is preferred
