If you have at least 2 years of press brake experience and are looking to grow with a stable, industry-leading manufacturer, we encourage you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesBend steel parts ranging from 24-gauge up to 10-gaugeChange press brake tooling and dies as neededCalibrate and program machines to meet precise bend specificationsSet up and operate press brake equipment (primarily automated with manual adjustments)Restock materials and report damaged or incorrect materials to managementMeasure finished products accurately to ensure quality and uniformityMaintain a safe and clean work environment at all timesQualificationsMinimum 2 years of press brake operation experienceHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experienceAbility to read and interpret bend drawingsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAdditional DetailsShift: Day and Night ShiftSchedule: Monday–FridayHours: 10–12 hour shiftsOvertime: As neededWeekends: As neededWhy Nailor?
