Strategic Major Gifts Director — Donor Relations

The Salvation Army Hawaiian Islands Division seeks a Donor Relations Director to lead major gifts efforts, managing a caseload of about 150 donors and advancing gifts of $5,000 and higher. You will develop strategic communications, craft proposals, and steward relationships with high-net-worth supporters. Responsibilities include moves-management planning, coordination with volunteers and staff, and regular travel to donor sites.
