Job Summary The Program/Project Support Coordinator II – Outreach Coordinator supports the mission of the Missouri Telehealth Network (MTN) andShow-Me ECHO by coordinating recruitment, outreach, and engagementactivities that expand participation and awareness across Missouri.This position ensures program goals and objectives are achieved inalignment with strategic plans, funding requirements, andorganizational priorities. The Outreach Coordinator will utilize knowledge of Missouri’shealthcare landscape to recruit healthcare professionals to joinShow-Me ECHO programs, educate individuals and organizations aboutMTN initiatives, and represent the program at conferences,stakeholder meetings, and public forums. The role requires strongcommunication skills, the ability to translate complex informationclearly, and the professionalism to represent MTN and theUniversity in a variety of settings. Key Responsibilities Outreach and Recruitment Develop, coordinate, and implement participant recruitment plansfor assigned ECHO programs. Support provider recruitment and retention efforts throughstrategic planning sessions, direct outreach, and conferenceparticipation. Maintain a high level of knowledge about the ECHO model,methodology, and evaluation processes. Deliver engaging presentations to stakeholder groups, healthcareassociations, and professional audiences to promote programparticipation. Assess the effectiveness of recruitment activities and recommendstrategies for continuous improvement. Serve as an outreach liaison to community organizations,healthcare systems, and providers throughout Missouri. Program and Project Coordination Coordinate support functions for ECHO programs to ensureobjectives are met efficiently and within resource and timelineparameters. Develop and monitor implementation plans for outreach andengagement efforts. Analyze program data, budgets, and outcomes to identifyopportunities for improvement. Assist in resolving operational issues related to outreach,marketing, and training using sound judgment and programknowledge. Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings,events, and collaborative initiatives. Marketing and Communications Collaboration Partner with the MTN marketing team to develop and reviewpromotional materials and ensure accuracy and alignment withbranding standards. Identify and support opportunities for MTN and Show-Me ECHO toshare program successes through publications, presentations, andpublic outreach. Maintain effective communication channels across teams to ensureoutreach efforts aligned with broader organizational goals. Represent MTN and the University positively in internal andexternal engagements. Contribute to continuous improvement of MTN and Show-Me ECHOoperations and outreach initiatives. Collaborate effectively as part of a cross-functional team. Working Relationships The Outreach Coordinator is part of the MTN outreach andrecruitment team and works closely with program staff, facultyexperts, and external partners. This position reports to MTNleadership and plays a vital role in expanding the reach,participation, and impact of Show-Me ECHO programs acrossMissouri. Shift Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education andexperience and 2 years of experience from which comparableknowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications Experience in outreach, recruitment, marketing, or programcoordination, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit settings. Familiarity with healthcare delivery systems in Missouri,especially in rural areas. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills,with the ability to explain complex information in accessibleterms. Proven public speaking and presentation experience to a varietyof audiences. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to managemultiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience collaborating with marketing and communications teamson outreach initiatives.
