Owning full-cycle recruiting for multiple business lines, the full-time Recruiter in Argentina will lead high-volume recruiting efforts, manage complex requisition loads, and build proactive sourcing strategies in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Manufacturing and Production roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience Act as a strategic partner to client stakeholders, providing market insights and advising on hiring strategies Leverage data and recruiting metrics to optimize performance and improve hiring outcomes Required qualifications: Proven recruiting experience in the Manufacturing and Production sectors Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Experience in attracting passive talent and working in a data-driven environment RPO experience is a plus
