Responsibilities Demonstrate, promote, and understand the asphalt industry - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers. Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects and existing customers to close sales and promote customer retention. Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition. Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in HubSpot system Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and The Hatch Group's overall market opportunity. Requirements 3+ years experience selling asphalt, construction, or similar industry services Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or demonstrated experience in sales Excellent ability to manage and build relationships Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed customer acquisition goals Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs Familiarity with HubSpot and Google Suite Compensation: Annual base salary with commission structure Travel: 80% Travel required to be on job sites, complete site walks, and meet with customers as needed throughout the Central Florida area Our employees enjoy a work culture that promotes positivity, inclusivity and career acceleration.
