Our dedicated team is committed to making solar energy accessible and affordable for homeowners across the country.Our Inside Sales team is fundamental in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of daily calls, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments.Duties/Responsibilities:Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, emails, and text messaging.Provide technical information about solar power, solar systems, equipment, and services to potential customersGather information from prospective customers to identify their solar energy needs.Provide customers with information, such as quotes, orders, sales, warranties, credit, funding options, incentives, or tax rebates.Qualify, convert, and follow the current process for scheduling appointments for outside sales teams.Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closureComplete daily confirmations, and follow-up communication with outside repsResearch accounts, identify key players, and generate interestMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territoryTeam with channel partners to build pipeline and close dealsPerforms other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Track record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per dayProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsExperience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRMExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyEducation and Experience:A high school diploma or equivalent is requiredProven inside sales experienceSolar experience preferredWorking Conditions: *In Office Position*Fast-paced, open floor office environment with significant computer and phone usage. Utilization of complex systems. Speed and accuracy are essential to the successful completion of tasks.Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Regular requirement to talk, or hear; frequent requirement to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office.
