On-Call Direct Care Counselor, Youth Housing

Seattle YMCA is seeking an On-Call Direct Care Staff member to supervise youth and young adults (16–18) in a trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate program. The role is on-site at Northgate and includes flexible day, swing and overnight shifts with a strong emphasis on safety and supportive housing transitions.
