One of the most highly respected Family-owned Groups in the Greater Houston area is looking for a qualified Car Sales Professional! Due to rapid growth, we are currently looking for an individual who is willing to do what it takes to be successful. The ideal candidate should be an energetic, personable, outgoing, self-starter with a good work ethic. Our Sales Associates are paid based on a commission structure, so income is only limited by your ambition level. During the first 3 months of employment, we will provide a “guaranteed minimum income” of $4,000 so that new associates can focus on learning the product and the "Team Gillman Way" of doing business instead of worrying about how much they will be getting paid. Previous sales experience preferred, but NOT REQUIRED for this position. They should also have a professional appearance, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
