Shipping and Receiving AssociateWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This role requires someone who can handle physical work, stay efficient in a fast-paced environment, and remain flexible to support other areas of manufacturing as needed.Work hours may vary seasonally, with lighter schedules during summer months and increased demand in the fall and winter.Key Responsibilities:Pull, pack, and ship parts accurately and efficientlyPrepare and assemble boxes for shipmentInspect and pack products, including bowsScan barcodes and maintain accurate recordsUnload incoming trucks and put away inventoryAssist with receiving and organizing shipmentsSupport other manufacturing or production tasks as neededRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to adapt to changing priorities on a daily basisStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skills and familiarity with hand toolsStrong problem-solving, time management, and self-motivationPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularlyAbility to handle repetitive physical tasks (example: high-volume shipping)Ability to pull up to 75 pounds of draw weight dailyAbility to distinguish between colors and partsAdditional Information: This position requires flexibility, especially during slower summer months when duties may shift to support other areas.
