Entry-Level Phlebotomist

Entry Phlebotomist Seeking a compassionate individual to assist with patient check-in, provide a welcoming environment, and support phlebotomy duties in a clinical setting. Responsibilities Include Greeting patients, answering questions, and maintaining the waiting area with care and professionalism. Explaining procedures to patients to build trust and confidence, ensuring accurate and safe interactions. Performing phlebotomy procedures, including specimen collection and processing, following established protocols. Supporting staff by covering breaks and assisting in both lobby and draw room settings. Maintaining accurate records, ensuring confidentiality, and promoting a positive, professional environment. Qualifications And Skills High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience. Phlebotomy experience, including specimen collection and processing. Ability to handle patients with care and compassion, and assist with check-ins via kiosk or tablet. Keyboard/data entry skills. Vietnamese language proficiency is preferred.
