Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the dietary department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies Plan, prepare, and serve meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents Supervise and train dietary staff to ensure efficient and effective food service delivery Develop and manage the department's budget, including ordering supplies and managing costs Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate records and reports, including food safety and quality control Assist with inventory management and ordering of food and supplies Participate in food safety and quality control programs Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and recipes that meet the dietary needs of our residents Requirements: Dietary Manager certification or equivalent experience required 2+ years of experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare setting Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Strong leadership and communication skills Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards Ability to lift and move heavy objects, with or without the use of assistive devices About Us: At Chandler Care Center, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents.
