Faith Healthcare Services is hiring compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing visits
Perform patient assessments
Conduct supervisory visits
Provide wound care
Manage medications
Administer insulin
Provide infusion therapy
Educate patients and caregivers
Complete documentation in accordance with agency policies
Qualifications
Active Florida RN or LPN license
Home health experience required
Geriatric experience preferred
Excellent assessment and communication skills
Reliable transportation
Professional, dependable, and compassionate
