Operations & Finance Leader - Grow with a Construction Firm

SoTalent is seeking an experienced Operations & Finance Manager in Melrose Park, IL to own finance, payroll, invoicing, compliance and day-to-day office operations within a growing construction business. You will drive financial accuracy and operational efficiency, support business performance with timely reporting, and manage client administration, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
