• Provide architectural and design guidance to ensure software solutions meet enterprise standards and performance expectations.
• Contribute code when required to support critical releases, resolve blockers, or validate architectural patterns.
• Conduct detailed code reviews and ensure adherence to security, maintainability, and accessibility standards.
• Translate complex requirements into implementation plans and coordinate execution across team members.
• Ensure organization's strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into their work plans, products and services.
• Form and lead one or more delivery teams of software engineers and supporting roles to meet delivery goals and quality standards.
• Assign and monitor work, ensure balanced workloads, and maintain visibility into team capacity.
• Provide continuous feedback and documented performance input to management on technical and behavioral contributions.
