About the Role We are an early-stage, venture-backed AI infrastructure company building production-ready systems that help organizations deploy high-performance AI clusters rapidly and reliably. Our work spans inference pipelines, distributed training, storage orchestration, GPU scheduling, and Kubernetes-based distributed operating systems. As a Java Developer , you will play a critical role in bridging customer needs with engineering execution. You'll be responsible for translating real-world requirements into robust, scalable software solutions that deliver lasting value to our users and clients. Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

What You'll Do
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications aligned with customer expectations and business goals.
- Analyze complex customer problems and implement clean, scalable code that drives long-term system reliability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of features that reflect a deep understanding of user needs.
- Iterate on existing applications by incorporating customer feedback and applying software engineering best practices.
- Required: Strong hands-on experience with Java development and a solid grasp of modern software engineering principles.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into clear, well-designed technical solutions.
- Solid computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with a focus on writing maintainable, high-quality code.
