You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. Please note: recent Medicare Certified Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is strongly preferred. This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel throughout the office's coverage area.Immediate part time or full time opportunities available.
