Schedule: 1st Shift Friday-Monday 7:00AM-3:00PM Full-Time | 32 Hours/Week Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour Earnup to $26 once you have received your RBT – Registered Behavioral Technician certification. Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) interact and support our individuals with development disabilities in a variety of potential settings including community, family or individual homes and generic community settings, as well as Adult Training Facilities. The DSP will assist with direct care as well as implementation of behavior plans. Requirements Education/License/Certification(s): High school diploma or GED Certification-Registered Behavior Technician or licensed psychiatric technician; or become a registered behavior technician within twelve months of initial employment. 6 months experience working with IDD/MH population or equivalent ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: (Please list other job requirements) Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver’s license, if required Ability to read, speak, write and comprehend the English language Must have desire to help others reach their fullest potential Completes PPD testing and Physical Examination upon hire and minimally every 2 years thereafter, if required.
