Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide compassionate and effective rehabilitation services. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and facilitating recovery.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients' physical conditions through comprehensive assessments.

  Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.

  Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on injury prevention and health maintenance.

  Document all clinical interactions accurately and timely.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid state or federal license as a Physical Therapist.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
  
  
• 
  Possess excellent communication and patient care abilities.

  Have recent experience in outpatient or inpatient settings.
  
  
• 
  Be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
