Partner Marketing Manager - Intern

Lyzr, the enterprise AI agent platform, seeks unpaid intern candidates in North America for the role of Partner Marketing Manager (Creative & Design) to sit at the intersection of partner marketing and visual storytelling. This role is built for a college student who aspires to learn visual marketing in a business context (B2B software partnerships).

You will be part of the Strategic Alliances team, contributing creative assets and related visual/graphic elements to the creative layer of Lyzr's partner marketing team. You will produce visuals, presentation decks, digital content, and campaign assets that represent Lyzr alongside hyperscalers, software companies, and systems integrators.

You will work with modern design tools, AI-powered creative platforms, and image generation technologies to produce high-quality work quickly.

This is an unpaid internship initially reporting to the VP of Strategic Alliances. Great creative work is not decoration — it is how we capture attention, earn trust, and drive demand with partners and their customers. We need a creative intern to learn and deliver high-quality assets under the direction of the alliances team.

About You

The ideal candidate is an aspiring creative marketer who brings early-forming design sensibility and business awareness to visual projects. You have some early experience with one or a few industry-standard creative tools, and you are excited to learn how to use AI in the creative production process.

You have an eye for clean, professional design, especially in enterprise B2B contexts where clarity and credibility matter more than flash. You understand the difference between a rushed image created in AI and a well-crafted asset that engages viewers.

You take feedback well, iterate quickly, and are comfortable producing creative work in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities shift rapidly. You want to learn how to manage multiple asset requests simultaneously, communicate clearly when something is blocked, and bring creative ideas to the table proactively — not just when asked.

Key Responsibilities May Include Some or All of the Following

Branded Asset Creation

Design and produce branded marketing materials for Lyzr — including complex images and potentially animations/GIFs and small video elements. Assets must reflect both Lyzr's brand identity and the visual standards of our partners.

You will work directly with partner marketing teams to align on brand requirements and deliver materials that both sides are proud to publish.

AI-Powered Creative Production

Actively use a mixture of traditional and AI image-generation tools and AI design assistants to accelerate asset creation. You are expected to learn a small number of these tools deeply enough to be effective in meeting project deadlines.

Presentation Design & Visual Storytelling

Build and refine high-quality presentation slides using assorted tools. Translate guidance and team requests into clean, visually compelling graphic assets that earn trust and drive action. You understand that a great slide supports a spoken story — it does not replace it.

Social Media & Digital Content

Create visual assets for LinkedIn posts, digital campaigns, and public-facing content. Maintain visual consistency and brand voice across all digital touchpoints in close collaboration with partner leaders.

Event & Campaign Creative

Design promotional materials for virtual and in-person partner events — including booth graphics, email headers, landing page visuals, promotional banners, and post-event recap assets.

Collaborate with the partner marketing and events teams to ensure creative output is delivered on time and on brand.

What We Seek

Communication: Developing English verbal and written communication skills appropriate to education and experience, along with a willingness to continue improving both.

Ability to receive a creative brief, ask clarifying questions, and deliver against expectations or request assistance as needed.

Experience: 3+ years of college study in the US or abroad. Exposure or experience in creative marketing, graphic design, or visual communications, ideally in a B2B technology context.

Design Proficiency: A portfolio demonstrating clean, professional visual work across multiple formats — images, decks, one-pagers, digital assets, etc. A portfolio is strongly preferred. Personal projects, classwork, volunteering, or freelance work all count.

AI Creative Tool Fluency: Familiarity with, or desire to learn, AI image generation tools and incorporate AI-generated assets into polished, professional deliverables.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, and color. You notice when something isn’t right without waiting for others to point it out.
