Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques to deliver individual, group, or family therapy sessions in a manner tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to inform treatment planning, creating customized initial discharge plans that align with client-specific goals.

• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of each client's therapy services, adhering to both facility standards and professional practice guidelines.

• Effectively manage and engage a caseload, ensuring regular communication with clients while revising treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians during treatment team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to optimize patient outcomes.

• Demonstrate a compassionate, empathetic approach in all interactions, prioritizing patient safety and actively addressing any concerns or complaints.

• Stay current on best practices in mental health care and continuously seek opportunities for professional development.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the practice and the well-being of the clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a broad spectrum of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults who face various emotional and behavioral challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
