Electrical Superintendent – Multi-Site ProjectsWe're looking for a driven and experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our growing team. If you take pride in leading field operations, enjoy the fast-paced nature of multi-site commercial projects, and are ready to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front, this could be your next great opportunity.In this role, you'll be the go-to expert overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across various commercial project sites in North Carolina, and South Carolina. Some projects may involve overnight travel, so flexibility is key.We're looking for someone who thrives in the field, someone who takes pride in hands-on problem-solving, leading crews with confidence, and making sure every job is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.What You'll Be Doing:Leading the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems in commercial buildingsReading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to map out system layoutsTesting and inspecting electrical systems and components to ensure peak performanceDiagnosing and resolving electrical problems and carrying out repairs or replacements as neededCollaborating closely with other trades to keep jobs on schedule and within budgetMaintaining strict safety standards and complying with all regulations and site requirementsWhat We're Looking For:Strong experience working as a Commercial Electrician or in a similar leadership roleConfident reading blueprints and interpreting complex technical drawingsStrong working knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systemsComfortable using hand tools and electrical testing equipmentUnderstanding of high-voltage systems and strict adherence to safety practicesFamiliarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC)Skilled in reading schematics and troubleshootingDetail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skillsStrong communicator and team leader, able to work collaboratively on active job sitesIf you're ready to take the lead on exciting commercial electrical projects throughout the Southeast and want to be part of a company that values expertise, accountability, and craftsmanship, apply today!Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 a year
