Perform manual therapy, load, coach, and progress patients throughout the session. Lead treatments without relying on technicians; your hands stay on the patient. Collaborate with colleagues on complex or unfamiliar cases to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain documentation and patient records promptly after each session. Adhere to a work environment free of productivity quotas and non‑compete clauses. Specialty Tracks Orthopedic / Manual Therapy — hands‑on, evidence‑based, fellowship‑track if desired. Sports & Performance — return‑to‑play, performance training, athlete progressions. Pelvic Health — pelvic floor (women's and men's), pre/post‑partum. Vestibular / Neuro — vestibular rehab, concussion, neuro caseload. Aquatic Therapy — full aquatic program, not an afterthought. Qualifications You believe PT is a hands‑on profession and want to keep it that way. You prefer to heal one patient fully rather than push three through a protocol. You are curious, read, and ask questions in the hallway. You can respectfully disagree with a colleague and still maintain collegiality.
