Front Office Receptionist - Triad Orthodontics (Danville)

Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Greet, check-in patients, and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Register new patients
- Maintain and update patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy and security regulations
- Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality
- Monitor and maintain dental office supplies
- Update patient education materials and maintain a professional reception area

Compensation and Schedule
- Salary:$13.00 depending on experience
- Schedule: On-site. Monday & Tuesday 8-5 with the potential of opening to 3 days (Wednesday) in the future.
