Packer We are currently hiring Packers for a manufacturing facility in Surgoinsville, TN! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for growth and advancement within your first 30 days for dependable employees who demonstrate strong attendance, a good work ethic, and the ability to learn. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working a 12-hour shift on a 2/2/3 schedule. Responsibilities: Pack finished products according to company specifications Inspect products for quality and ensure items are properly packaged Label, count, and organize products accurately Prepare boxes, containers, and packaging materials Assemble cartons and packaging as needed Move completed packages to designated areas Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Follow production, quality, and safety procedures Maintain a steady production pace throughout the shift Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail Assist with other production duties as assigned Safely lift, carry, and move materials as required Requirements: Ability to work 12-hour shifts Ability to work a 2/2/3 schedule, including weekends as scheduled Good attendance and punctuality are required Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks Ability to lift and move materials as required Strong attention to detail Dependable and willing to learn Ability to work effectively in a team environment Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packing experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Us? $14.00$15.00/hour Temp-to-hire opportunity Growth and advancement opportunities within the first 30 days 12-hour schedule with built-in days off Opportunity to gain valuable manufacturing experience Stable work environment Weekly pay available through staffing partner
