Role Registered Nurse (RN) in a float pool providing direct patient care in acute care units with moderate to high acuity. Responsibilities Deliver top‑of‑scope nursing practice utilizing the nursing process, prioritize patient wellness, contribute to safety and quality, and model proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff. Support evidence‑based care in specialty units and participate in ongoing education and training supported by clinical educators. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least 6 months of nursing experience. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and demonstrate proficiency in clinical skills. Key Duties Provide specialized acute care, support specialty education, and ensure safe, high‑quality patient outcomes.
