CDL-A Trainee Driver - Paid Mentorship Program

Just graduated CDL school in the Gulf Coast area and having trouble getting hired? We will put you in a truck.

We are currently hiring CDL-A trainees directly out of Moss Point, Jackson County, and the surrounding MS Gulf Coast region . Most carriers demand 1–2 years of experience before they even look at your application. We take a different approach: if you completed your training and hold a valid CDL-A, our Paid Mentor Program will bridge the gap between school and a confident solo career.

THE TRAINING PROGRAM

• 4 to 6 Weeks Paid Mentorship: Learn real-world OTR driving with an experienced mentor in the passenger seat.

EQUIPMENT & FREIGHT

• Assigned Equipment: 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner (automatic, equipped with APU).
• No Slip-Seating: Once assigned, the truck is yours—you don't move your gear every week.
• 100% No-Touch Freight: Dry van loads, approximately 70% drop-and-hook.
• 2,200 to 2,800 miles per week average across East of I-35 lanes.

SCHEDULE

• 12 Days Out / 2 Days Home: True OTR setup out of the Moss Point area. Stable, predictable home time rotations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Graduated from an accredited CDL school (120+ hours) OR have under 6 months of recent OTR experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to pass a standard background check and pre-employment drug screen.
