Temporary Automotive Contracts Counsel Trustpoint.One is recruiting a client-focused, organized, and team-oriented Automotive Contracts Counsel to work with a global corporation on a hybrid, temporary assignment. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials. Minimum of 5 years of contract management experience, preferably within the automotive industry. 5+ years of experience reviewing and negotiating a diverse array of contracts, including non-disclosure agreements. Monitor and advise on compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements throughout the contract lifecycle. Manage and maintain corporate contract database. Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous attention to detail and quality; precision in drafting and communication. Ability to uphold standards of complete discretion, confidentiality, ethics, and fair/proper behavior.
